Honorable Louise Warmenwoah McMillian Siaway
Founder & CEO

Former Minister of Culture at the Ministry Information, Cultural Affairs and Tourism

 

Whether in government, or the private sector, Louise W. McMillian Siaway is a strong advocate for women's empowerment, social justice, and innovative capacity-building solutions for communities. She is passionate about protecting, preserving and safeguarding Liberia’s culture heritage.

 

Most recently, Mrs. McMillian was a 2017 general election candidate for the Liberian House of Representatives, was chair of female representative’s candidates for the Liberia 2017 general election, and worked with the National Democratic Institute (NDI) Liberian Elections and Political Transitions program. A Focal Person in Liberia for African Union Academy of African Languages (ACALAN)

He is a poet and writer. He’s the author of “The Land of My Father’s Birth, with over many years in media activities experience, he is the Public relation coordinator for the organization. He is a pride to be community service provider, patience and hardworking attitude.

Donzo is a community activist and a philanthropist with passion to promote social justice and equality among all people. He is a career technical field engineer with BSC in Engineering Technology and many work experiences.


Daruis D. Gweh
Administrator

Manages, directs and implements operations, strategies and objectives to ensure the achievement of the organization’s goals. He closely monitors production teams for quality assurance and product-cycle adjustments. Ultimately ensuring everything is running smoothly and efficiently.

Graduated from the University of Liberia and earned a Bachelor’s degree.

Manages all the affairs of organization and maintain all area, as well as the programs and projects sites of numerous communities.

I have more than 20 years’ experience in agricultural research, livestock and poultry management and production, extension services, animal science (breeding and genetics), functional genomics and molecular genetics (biotechnology) for agricultural and animal industry development.

High level of management and organizational skills, and a team player.


Niasehkar Gluaseay
Project Coordinator

Niasehkar Gluaseay, Jr. is a Strategist and Mentor with  over Ten (10) years’ experience in Risk Management and Compliance, Audit and Assurance Services, Training and Professional Development and has worked with several governmental and nongovernmental institutions including the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the General Auditing Commission (GAC), the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA), the Renaissance Communications Incorporated, the African Methodist Episcopal University (AMEU), and K-033 Incorporated as well as within the Private Sector respectively.

He holds a Bachelor’s of Science (BSc) degree with distinction in Public Administration from the African Methodist Episcopal Zion University (AMEZU), Monrovia, Liberia and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Nairobi (UoN), Nairobi, Kenya, East Africa respectively. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and an Anti- Corruption professional.
